Altın Gün Live in KL

For the first time, Altın Gün in Kuala Lumpur this July.

The Amsterdam-based band have built a global following around their reinterpretation of Anatolian folk, drawing from the records they grew up on and reshaping them through psychedelia, disco, and groove-led arrangements. What started as a deep dive into Turkish folk traditions has evolved into something that travels easily — from intimate sessions to festival stages worldwide.

Their live shows sit somewhere between a concert and a trance state — rhythmic, immersive, and constantly in motion. It’s music that feels both archival and immediate, familiar yet reassembled for a different time.

Joining them on the night are local acts Capt’n Trips and The Kid, alongside Golden Mammoth.
