Shing02, a now-prominent figure in hip-hop, first made a name for himself in the early ’90s through his introspective, honest songwriting about the world we live in. Born in Tokyo, the Japanese rapper and producer has collaborated with a wide range of DJs and musicians, all contributing to the unique sound he still purveys today.

For his first-ever Kuala Lumpur stop, Shing02 shares the stage with two longtime collaborators.

Osaka’s SPIN MASTER A-1 is a founding member of DJ crew Spin Scaanlous in San Francisco, renowned for vibrant and spirited DJ sets that creatively incorporate turntables and drum machines.

Hailing from Manchester, UK, OMA is a four-piece outfit known for pushing hip-hop into new territory — blending it seamlessly with jazz, funk, and soul.
